Sorting and Inspection
- Our clients provide inspection instructions for their products to our Quality Inspection Team. Shift Supervisors from the Quality Inspection Team send daily inspection results to our clients after each sort is completed. The daily reports display the number of parts inspected, defective parts, lot information, and any additional information customized to meet the needs of our clients.
- All reports can be viewed on our customized reporting site and up to the minute good and defective quantities
Real Time Reporting
We use Real Time analytics to report inspection throughput and performance. All of our sort and inspection reports and logged real time online and display on your personalized dashboard. Historical Reports are available as well.
We give you the ability to setup an inspection and sort online to speed up the process of having our team onsite quickly.
Quality Control Plans are generated on the fly, so you know what to expect from our process.
Our inspectors are equipped with tablets to report all inspections and defects.
We also process warranty claims and parse through the data to provide you a comprehensive report.

What is Rework
Our Quality Inspection team can rework or repair defective products on site.
We have all the necessary tools and trained personnel for the any rework/repair you may need.
